You can send it thru webform. I sent my receipt (because I forgot to pay the open work permit fee) and I got a confirmation that they attached it to my application. It’s better to use the webform IF YOU HAVE the temporary or permanent file number only.

follow the steps. Until you arrived to the webform. Then fill up everything, then once you submit it, the next page will ask for ATTACHMENTS, then you can attach the copy of your passport.Then submit.
wait for one week for their reply.

The work permits (and open work permit holder fees) are temporary residence fees, if you're paying for student visa or temporary residence visa for your children, those are temporary residence fees too.
You need to pay the permanent residence fees, temporary residence fees and biometrics fees

Yes me too, same timeline. Submitted HCCP January 2021

I have submitted mine too last January 2021.
No AOR or temporary file number as yet.

Is it ok to use the webform for any changes in the application i.e. new passport, change of employment?

I got it from a letter when they request for additional documents. It is all mentioned in the letter.

I did not get an AOR ..

yes you are correct they will receive the parcel and acknowledge the receipt of your application AOR. which i did not get. but i got a request

There’s no specific option for HCCP, so choose the work permit option. As long as you gave them your file number, they know already to whom that belongs
