In your first post, you said CRS score of 311 and now 442...that is a big difference. Look at Alberta.Yes, ECA is applied through IQAS, as per point system, it says eligible at 69, CRS calculation is 442
SINP has its own points system not related to Express Entry. You want a score of around 68 to be invited. The last draw was 70 and your NOC was not selected. So you need a Masters or have family in the province. Don’t know where you got 117 from.Thanks.
The last cutoff of sinp came at 117 only whereas i am at 311. Am i understanding right or is the anything else also
Ok. What is your question? You have to be nominated by the province and meet their eligibility requirements first. Then you get the extra points for EE. You can have a low CRS score but be nominated by a PNP if you have a job offer with LMIA or family (like Saskatchewan).Kindly have a look on draw no #184 PNP, the crs score was 717 ( 600 seems pnp nomination).
Please correct me, if i am referring wrong

It is 64What is your SINP score? That will determine if you get a nomination.
So you will not get a nomination for SINP. You need a minimum of 68 and it has never gone that low (or at least for many years). It is 64
You are not reading the requirements or understanding eligibility. Those with such a low CRS score are in Canada and working. The crs 717 (600 is pnp) = 117 can be get without job offer letter or family sponser
