Can someone pls clarify on the above question. My focus is on Alberta hence I have chosen Alberta while creating EE profile? But many people suggesting to chose All Provinces and Territories so that I can improve my chances. Is it ok to change like that? Alberta consider my EE profile if I do like that?

anyone here got AINP certificate who applied online under AOS program? my brother still waiting submitted his application last December 6 2020.

I am 35 years old with a bachelor's in engineering, NOC 2147. I have siblings and a parent in Alberta who are citizens/PR. I am not in Canada and have never been to Canada. What are my chances to get a nomination under Alberta Express Entry Stream (AEES) if I get CLB 9 in IELTS with a CRS score of 417?

Just having siblings in Alberta can get me a nomination or I need to get a job offer too or must study in Canada?

Is Alberta giving nominations to outsiders? I am in India right now and will be submitting my profile very soon.
I have 10 years of experience working as a Safety Engineer (NOC 2263).
My CRS score is 365.
No ties to Alberta.
No job offer

I have read mixed comments from people regarding Alberta giving notifications to outsiders. Does anyone have a better understanding on that?

Their lowest picking CRS score is 300, which is the lowest eligible. LMIA is not required, I believe. AINP doesn't mention what NOC it has picked, so it's irrelevant at this point.

Any idea if they pick everyone from their shortlisted NOC's and CRS, or do they further filter out the candidates who have become qualified.

Unlike Saskatchewan, Alberta doesn’t post the NOCs selected for each draw. So you don’t know. They will select a minimum CRS score but most likely for a few people with a specific, in-demand NOC.
