Hello,

My credentials:
IELTS: 7.5
BSc (Envi Science)- 81%-2015 (three years)
MSc (Envi Science)- 82% - 2017 - with gold medal
Both in MSU, Baroda. A credited university.
work exp - August - Dec 2017, quit to concentrate on UGC NET
Cleared Assistant professorship with UGC (1st level) in Dec 2019 with 97.07 percentile rank
Covid happened and funds got cancelled unless JRF (2nd Level of UGC NET).
UGC NET is a government-held, nationally recognized government exam.
So started its preparation later on.
Now planning for Canada.
Help in which province should I move, or my points.
Age. Turned 27 on March 2021

Are there any changes or suggestions to work on the profile?
Thank you!

You have a good profile for express entry without going through PNP. Have you completed your ECAs and your Masters is assessed as equivalent? That is the big issue because a Masters will give you more points than 2 or more degrees. Do you have 7.5 in all areas of the IELTS.

Start by calculating how many points you have under Express Entry.

Yes, more in listening - 8

Okay. Thanks. The site says I need a licence in some province to work as a soil / environmental chemist and few Canadian certificates. Is it after or before filing for PR?

If you apply for PNP like Saskatchewaan then you would need a license. For Express Entry, no. However to get a job in your field, you may need a license.
