What is the future of FSW O who applied in 2020 ?
Really ? What makes you say that ?Those who applied in 2020 (including me) should forget about Canada until 2025.
Like my AOR is Sep 2020, so should I expect PPR/COPR somewhere in mid of 2022 ? I'm being realisticMuch brighter than those who still wait for an FSW-O invitation.
Brother that's true, but our applications taking much longer time than usual. I invested too much money, time and above all EMOTIONS into this (obviously just like others). It is so heart breaking to see the delays. Sometimes I overthink that they might not process our applications and forget to process it due to new streams which IRCC are launching. I'm just tired.Nobody can tell you when you'll get your CoPR. What can be said about your situation is though, that you're far luckier than most people because you have received an invitation and your application is being processed. At least 90k FSWs who normally might receive an ITA won't receive one due to the new arrangements. No need for you to stress.

True buddy and I do agree with whatever you saying. Its just the waiting period and plans which I put on hold because of this. Just speaking the heart outWell, it'd be wise for us to wait until December 2021 to see how vaccination could progress, and then we can hope for a slowly step-by-step abolishment of the travel restriction. So, it's safe to say that maybe next year we will see the light at the end of the tunnel.
I am just as tired of waiting as you are but we must be realistic as well.
Makes sense. IRCC can easily meet its quote through other streams. Processing our (Outland applications) will be a burden on them.IRCC is prioritizing inland applications and this will continue in the future as well. FSW-O immigrants are seen as a burden to the Canadian economy especially now when it's badly damaged due to the pandemic.
There's no real motivation for IRCC to get immigrants on board from outside Canada since they can easily meet the immigration quota through various streams tailored for Canadian residents.

Will it be a wise decision to invest my funds which I showed as POF ?All I can tell you is don't put your life on hold. Don't wait and get on with your life.
It's not the end of the world if you don't go to Canada.
I do pray for that. That never happens. No need to overthink and stress. IRCC will most likely return to full power by the end of this year thanks to the vaccines and most of 2020 FSWs will land in the first half of 2022 at the latest.
Will it be a wise decision to invest my funds which I showed as POF ?
Due to Canadian dollar fluctuation I'm thinking to invest my POF somewhere but deep down I know its not a wise thing to do.I really can't advise you on that.
We're supposed to keep the funds in our bank account throughout the process until we get approved but not sure if it will cause problems now if you decide to take the funds out. I'm keeping the funds until my process completes to be on the safe side.
