Listing SBI job as government job

I am completing my permanent resident application after receiving the invitation to apply. While doing that, I have been asked about any government job(s) that I have done in last ten years?

I have worked for around 1.5 years in State Bank of India. Can anyone please help me with filling out the following details:



- Name of the government department

- Name of the branch within the government department

-Level of government

So the activity type should be "Employment" over there ?
