This is my first time applying for express entry and I had completed my profile at the indicated submission date. Is that the correct current status or are there further steps to be taken (I've also registered for the job Bank - seems completely useless)?

Additionally, as an outlander with a 438 CRS score and IELTS scores:
Listening: 8.5
Reading : 9
Writing: 7
Speaking: 8.5

And a NOC code of 2173/2174

Am I eligible for the PNP programs in Alberta, BC, Ontario?

Seems you are all set however FSW O are not likely to receive any IT during 2021.
Work on your PNP soonest
