I understand but its like the last resort to get some information i know its no help...i feel so helpless and frustrated.. its been 7months with no update i understand there any many people with me in this but its like we can’t do anything!
I understand the frustration, I'm in the same boat. Have you contacted an MP yet? It is also unlikely to do much but is more productive than wasting your time speaking to the call centre employees.

I emailed my MP August 2020 and never heard back. Now I’m annoyed about that. Government employees really have it made, no accountability, no urgency to work normally because why when they get paid either way.

You'd be better off using your energy to push your MP than to speak to the call centre. I'd suggest you stress to them that the current process is unfair and not first come first served. I even sent my MP's representative a copy of the spreadsheet to show how unfair the process currently is and they claimed to be surprised and promised to take it up. It's unlikely to do anything but if enough of us complain it might.

The call centre employees have no power over your application, as frustrating as this is I can assure you that calling them repeatedly won't do anything.

PPR!

Guys I got the PPR mail an hour back! :D
Really surprised and happy. Frankly I wasn't expecting it to arrive so soon. I thought a best case estimate was July. I noticed a "Decision Made" status on ECAS yesterday (I usually don't follow ECAS, I just check my GC account), I thought it didn't mean anything.

Timeline -
Outland
File received - Sep 23rd
AOR - Feb 13th
Biometric Request - March 15th
Medical Request - March 16th
SA - March 17th
Medical Passed - March 24th
PPR - April 16th
PA - India

All the best guys. Hope all of your applications are approved soon.

The original comment about calling IRCC wasn’t me, I don’t call IRCC because I know they can’t give me any info. I originally emailed my MP back when there was some hope they would make getting a visitors visa a bit easier, but obviously that didn’t happen. I’m just trying very hard to go with the flow at this point.

Not sure what's going on but we received SA/(PA's ECAS PRAS says In Process )/(Biometrics Requested) all through email without getting AOR1 in the mail yet...

Has anyone else experienced this? We checked the application info on the email we received and the address is correct so could it be just mail delay?

We are in the USA btw.

Once you get your AOR with an F00... number many have seen the rest come within days.

Sponsor gets Sponsor Approval letter but the rest goes to the PA e-mail unless you have a representative in which case it goes to them. If linked to GKey documents will show up there.
I thought the same too but in my case it’s different. Sponsor got email of AOR last March 20 this year and no more update after that up to the moment. Is there anything I can do about this?
