Biometrics Requested: March 16
Biometric Completed: March 29
Medical: Not required
Eligibility: started
additional documents: April 2 , Started

a friend of mine is planing to apply and but reference letter from work is missing,
in your additional documents did you upload it after you submit your application?

i am not sure about reference letter but i have uploaded job letter which contains position, type of contract, duration of contract and a brief look at responsibilities

all in one shot in client file in first step, but i don't know why after few days they asked me again to upload so again i uploaded same files.

ok so all documents needed in one shot.
Maybe they didn't receive some documents that's why you re-uploaded them again . Did you re-upload all the documents or only some of them
