Hii everybody
I'm Ronish from India, willing to apply for study permit of Canada.
Can anyone understand my case please it goes like in my all certificates and passport my father name is mentioned as "Suresh" it is uniform in all my documents. But my father uses his name as " Suresh Kumar" in all his documents so i need to show his ITR's and income for study permit , i want to know that will this be any kinda issue? Or i need to have an affidavit for this plz tell me if you have been through the same. I'm worried a Lil bit.

Your father can publish an ad in Official Gazette of India for a name change which will be published within a month. It will be valid for a name change or you can prepare a self declaration affidavit stating the both names belongs to your father and get it notarized.

Thanks buddy for having my text answered , do i have to declare that affidavit or my father have to do that? and have you ever seen cases like that and got study permit for canada?

You can prepare affidavit by both the parties i.e. you and your father. It will be accepted! Owise official gazatte is always an option.

Ads in newspaper will be a bit long process and i don't want to change his name though, cause its fine from his side that he uses Suresh kumar in all his documents so affidavit will be a better option i guess, and thanks a lot for your response.
