Hey Guys, I hope everyone is well. I recently got invitation to apply for PR, I have few questions which I'm confused about, Please let me know if you guys know something related to it.
My work history is: -
June 2019 to Oct 2019 (Retail manager (iPharmacy Inc.)
Nov 2019 to Aug 2020 (Got laid off in March) Night manager (Victoria Inn)
Dec 2020 to Present Driving Instructor (Behind the Wheel)*
1. I have work experience of 9 months, i couldn't finish 1 year because of lockdowns and layoffs. I 'm currently employed as a Driving Instructor which i started in December 2020, but since I was in lockdown I haven't worked since last year and hence I'm still not able to cover that 1 year experience, will it create any problem??
2. I worked as a Retail manager in Edmonton for a pharmacy company called iPharmacy, I quit that job in Oct 2019, I do have pay stubs and T4. I don't have a reference letter or experience letter, the boss isn't responding to my email or phone or text messages. I don't live in Edmonton anymore, I'm in Thunder Bay, Ontario. What can be the solution for this??
One of the supervisor (IPharmacy) who is still in contact with me, she has left the job, can I take her signature or reference letter instead with an old date or it needs to be the current date??
3. My last job was as Night manager at the hotel (Victoria Inn). I was laid off last year in March because of Covid, after a few months when I applied for EI, I received a call from CRA telling me I quit the job, so I tried reaching my boss but he isn't responding either. I was approved for EI because he didn't respond to the CRA as well. I have emails and Phone texts as proof that I didn't quit the job but I was let go without any notice. So I'm not able to get a reference or experience letter from the Victoria Inn boss as well. I do have ROE, pay stubs and T4 from this job, What can be the solution for this??
4. Proof of funds, for proof of funds, do I need the balance in my account for all this time or i don't need to provide proof of funds if i have a job??
5. I also forgot to mention a job I did for 1 month, should I update it??
6. I have started a part time job yesterday, do you think I should show that, will i require a letter from the new part time employer as well??
