Good morning,

I am thinking of applying for a visitor visa for my husband - when checking online under the section, "where are you applying from?" Do I choose his home country or the country he's in temporarily?

What if he plans on moving back in a couple months while it's in process?

The issue is from his country the processing is 135 days...and where he is now... 591 days.
