Please guide me those who have applied for judicial review any reasonable lawyer as I have been refused after almost a year on the points from Abu Dhabi which I already have addressed in my application ,one is related to my home ties, I have permanent government job and sole owner of my business and property in Pakistan, yes my brother and sister live there but my college is in different city. And second point is about purpose but I am about to finish my second semester.
Furthermore, guide me if I apply again so do I need to have medical again that was updated in last application,also do I need fresh Bank statement or can I apply with same documents only addressing both points again. And what's better way to reply as my second semester will end next week,so should I apply and inform college, hopefully they will allow me to finish the semester and then there's summer break.or should I go for JR.
PS:I have not been refused on earning a PGD after masters, I am 36 and applying alone leaving my children here.
