Madhuri here, I am looking for Canada migration through PNP program ,I have 9yrs of experience in Clinical Data Management(Clinical Research). I am planning to apply through consultancy however it will be really good if some one help me with the chance of getting PR through PNP.

Don’t know your education, age, profile or if you are eligible through Express Entry for PNP programs but start researching each provincial program.

Again until you have your education assessment and language tests completed you can’t set up an Express Entry profile. Guessing score not high enough for Express Entry. Research Express Entry and PNP programs.
Consultancy people confirmed that I have the chance to get Canada PR through PNP program, since I am new to Migration forum bit confused to take a decision.
What province? Many provinces require a job offer and some provinces have their own grid criteria. Also depends on whether your NOC is eligible.

Even they were also telling the same to proceed with the payment and then they will initiate the education assessment and after that I can start IELTS. Before paying the amount I was just confirming with all the possible ways whether my decision and what the consultancy people saying is correct

Of course consultants will say that . They want your $$$$ as a client . It’s in your best interests to do some leg work on your own online to see what round about score your credentials will get you . Versus relying on someone whose business revolves around hooking you up as a client.
So if you believe the consultant, sign up, pay the $$$$ and don’t get it, what then ?
You’re out your money, and you’re back to square one
Remember consultants ARE NOT your friend.

Am not sure about the Province, however as per their confirmation they will apply PR for all the Province and I will get selected based upon the availability there. Here what they were confirming is to get PR first and to search job once reached there.
They want your money. See what your CRS score is and what provinces you are eligible. What is your NOC.
ok,If once I get the PR and if I reached there is that possible to get the job there? When enquired (In Google) there are many companies with Openings which suites to my current job role however I am not eligible to apply since I don't have PR
I have not received my NOC, however I don't have any due or any other issues to get NOC.( Really sorry if I didn't answer you properly, since it was not requested to take NOC from my end)
You don’t receive a NOC. You look at your responsibilities and match it to a NOC. Again read through EE - Federal Skilled Worker program. You get PR, move to Canada, and then look for a job. You seem certain of getting PR but if you go through PNP you need to move to that province.
Your questions are basic and show you have done no research, so do some research on EE and PNP programs.

To start with the Education investigation they are asking for initial payment around 55 thousand with Tax. from my understanding they will initiate all pother procedure after this investigation . so let me go through with the EE - Federal Skilled Worker program .
55 thousand (in what currency) for what? You can do it yourself if you just do some research
