I submitted my PR application with my first med exam(I was able become a protected person in 12 months after I take the exam) and yesterday they accepted my med exam. December 1x 2019 applicant.

This refers to the Application for Permanent Residence you made under the Protected Person in Canada class.
We are pleased to advise you that processing of your application has been completed.
The IRCC office in Montreal will contact you regarding the finalization of your permanent resident application.
IMPORTANT: You and your family members will be required to present original identification document(s) to the Canada Immigration Centre at your appointment.
A final decision concerning the granting of permanent residence status will be made at that time.
If permanent residence is granted, the name that will appear on the confirmation of permanent resident document is your name as it appears on your passport or identity documents.
- Since you reside in the province of Quebec, the Ministère de d’Immigration, de la Diversité et de l’Inclusion (MIDI) has now been informed of you and your accompanying family members’ application for permanent residence. In order to finalize your application, a Certificat de Sélection du Québec (CSQ) for each of your accompanying dependents is required. - We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on January 14, 2020.
- We started processing your application on January 13, 2020.
- We sent you correspondence on September 17, 2020. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
- Medical results have been received.
- We sent you correspondence on March 28, 2021, about the decision on your application.
- We sent you a letter on March 29, 2021. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
- You entered Canada at the Edmonton IRCC office on March 29, 2021, and became a Permanent Resident.
A few people from December 2019 to February 2020 have shared their timelines recently.
I have checked the thread and I know people shared thier timelines but i am asking about the specific Pilot Program which was started in December 2019 in which you can apply with your Dependents and the Processing Times is 1 Year . That what the IRCC announced.
I think they are concluding the old applicants these days, including myself I know one another friend who got his DM last week. We both were Mar-2019 applicants. Stay tuned!

I remember two members who had such timelines in the comment thread last year: One year period, applied after December 19. They gave the impression it was random selection and yes their applications were completed within months of applying. They also didn't hint at knowing or being notified as to why.
Hopefully, someone has better information.
Jan 20, 2020 applicant on this pilot program. Everything including the overseas dependants was done concurrently except for the CoPR,. In Canada applicants in my application got it exactly a year after application (Jan 25, 2021). However, the overseas dependants only received a pre-arrival email.
