Want to clear small confusion regarding express entry.

Hello,
I have completed my bachelor's from India, i came on student visa and completed my Masters. I already have work experience in India of 1 year. I gave IELTS general and got 7.5 overall. According to this situation can I apply for express entry with this only or do I have to get 1 year experience from Canada under NOC A,B,C ?

You can apply for Express entry but you won't be considered under CEC, to qualify for CEC you must have one year of experience in Canada.

You will be eligible under FSW program under Express entry but recently CIC not inviting people under FSW...they are only inviting EE people who come under CEC because of Travel restrictions.I would suggest create express entry profile and be in the pool...if they do FSW draw (maybe later this year) you may get invitation based on your score..
