my previous employer is not cooperative at all, although my job duties is similar to noc 1111 accountant, but they refused to issue letter describing in details the duties stuff etc. now my question is how can i prove my experience of this company to cic?

my previous employer is not cooperative at all, although my job duties is similar to noc 1111 accountant, but they refused to issue letter describing in details the duties stuff etc. now my question is how can i prove my experience of this company to cic?

Try to get a proof that they are not cooperative ( for example a screen shot of their refusal email)
Scan a copy of your contract
Job announcement ( that should state required tasks)
A proof that you had been selected and occupied that job
Your annual appraisal
And any governmental paper ( SS , Taxation, insurance...)
Prepare an informative objective LOE and attach all together in a PDF file
