AOR is Jan 4th
MEDICAL passed: Feb 2nd
BIL: Feb 2nd and completed 3rd.
I got a GU a while back and my background status right now is : Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check.

I did not call the IRCC and did not order any notes. I just wanted to ask if it's safe to "assume" that my eligibility is PASSED and criminality + security not started based on the information above ? I know it's all guess work since I didn't call.

The second thing I want to ask is that I had an additional document request ( a police certificate that can only be produced post AOR - Japan PCC) and I submitted it Feb 10th and the status has been Not applicable for a while now.

Is there a possibility that my application will be slowed down because of being asked for additional documents ?

A good day to everyone here...been a long time lurker. Have applied through EE FSW O with the below:

ITA RECEIVED: Nov 5, 2020 (478 pts)
AOR: Jan 10, 2021
Medical passed: FEB 3, 2021
BIL: FEB 5, 2021
BIOMETRICS UPDATED: FEB 8, 2021

I have been getting ghost updates after biometrics was updated (4 till date) but there has been no movement and review of eligibility shows "we are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements" and background check shows "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check." My question is this - Does the ghost updates mean anything meaningful or are they just glitches ?

A second question: After the ITA, Having more than enough funds, and confirmation that there is no additional documents required by IRCC, Can I still be rejected ?

I have confirmed with them and they said my eligibility is passed (which I knew) and said BGC hasn't started yet. So, Im on the last stage. lets see... Fingers crossed really!!!!
