Confused about "Date first became qualified to practice in this occupation"

I'm applying for PR with Express entry and I'm not so sure about this question. a bit of background:

- I received my bachelor degree in July 2017
- I started working as an intern in August 2015, 30 hours per week and got paid.

So I'm not sure about the year I should put. In my country, once we get to a certain point in our studies we are allowed to do internships. My NOC is 0124 - Advertising, marketing and public relations managers.

Please help!

In your job description and also in desired NOC what type of education is required to occupy the post ?
Check your NOC brief description by IRCC and act accordingly
