Passed medical 11 September 2020, biometric 21 December 2020 completed, 22 august2020 acknowledgement receipt

About 20% of our applications are more complex to process. They take us longer due to things like how easily we can verify information, how well and how quickly you answer our requests.
We have no update yet?? Can anyone

I mean call Center agent. When I called IRCC call Center they told me. I heard sometimes it can even take up to a month.

Hi
I am also waiting for an update. My progress bar is showing 100% .And it is also stating that my file is taking longer than usual to process. Is this normal considering the current situation?

Yes it is. Average processing time is in between 7-8 months.

As i can see no change in these parameters.

Thank you!
