hello everyone

i applied for outland spousal sponsorship for my wife and as you are all aware its taking ages.
i was thinking of applying for Express Entry (federal skilled worker) for her as we wait thinking it may be a faster route for her to get the PR.
can you guys advice and share your experiences?

You can do it but this won't necessarily get her here faster.

How many points does she have under EE?

You should note that there have been no FSW draws for EE this year yet.

EE for outland applicants is very slow these days.

if she gets the required ielts score, id say roughly 73 points

Not FSW points. CRS points. CRS points is what determine if she will be selected out of the pool. She needs to have 470+ CRS points to be selected out of the pool.
