Need help please. I received my ITA on Mar 18. Unfortunately, when my spouse Canadian Work company sent his reference letter, the NOC turned out to be Skill level C. His current work is under NOC B. Due to this, his points changed from 5 to 0. The lowest CRS was 449, and mine came back as 448 after I updated in the application. I have not submitted yet. Should I risk continuing with the application with 1 point lower than of the lowest invitation or decline the ITA?

If your points are going to drop to 448, there's unfortunately no point in moving forward with the application. Refusal is guaranteed.

Ok thanks. Can I still add my spouse ECA to increase back the points and/or what if I apply for a provincial nomination after ITA?
