Hello,

I created my profile in the EE pool in Oct 2020

  1. CRS: 425
  2. Age: 32 years 7mts (current)
  3. Married
  4. CLB: 9 (R:9, L:8.5, S:8, W:7)
  5. Bachelors Degree (4 years Engineering)
  6. NOC 2175 (10+ years of experience)
  7. No Canadian experience (work or study)
  8. Plenty of cousins but no blood relative in Canada
  9. Outlander
I know that Express Entry is out of the question, was really hoping for Alberta, Saskatchewan or one of the Atlantic provinces for PNP, but I'm starting to completely loose hope. I've started learning french for the last 4months in a bid to increase my score (2nd language).

Would appreciate anyone's thoughts, experiences on if I should continue to stay put or give up

If you are serious about immigrating then French is your chance. You need B2 or advanced intermediate to increase your score. Immerse yourself in the language, join French clubs, get a tutor if you are determined. FYI, Saskatchewan is an issue since your education and NOC do not match. Atlantic provinces require a job offer.

Yes. I have already started watching French shows http://www.tv5monde.com/ is a great resource.
I have a Bachelors's in IT Engineering why would that be a problem for SINP?

Do you have enough points for an SINP nomination. They use their own points system. They are strict on the education matching the NOC so you wouldn’t know until the review stage, if nominated.

I created an EOI in the SINP system and scored 67 points. Last draw was at 70
