Unfortunately there is nothing you can do to speed up processing. If you provide a bit more information about yourself (i.e. if you are inside or outside of Canada and why you need the TRV), then we might be able to help you further.

I applied on January 10th. Those who applied around 10th December are getting approved. Yours coming soon don’t worry

I am in my country. I applied for a visiting visa and the plan is to give birth in Canada. My due date is May and still no response from the immigration

Do you fall under one of the travel exemptions? Do you have immediate or extended family members in Canada? You will need to obtain an authorization letter in addition to the TRV. Make sure you have the funds required to pay for your birth in Canada as well.

I don’t have any immediate family member in Canada. I am going through an agent package (which include accommodation, hospital bills and transportation)here in my country (Nigeria) and I have funds to sponsor my birth package.

Processing is 317 days. Due to Covid and not having immediate family then you need written authorization travel. You can’t board without it and need to show travel is essential. Don’t think giving birth in Canada would be approved.

You won't be able to travel to Canada before your delivery.

Canada has travel restrictions in place right now and only certainly people are allowed to travel right now (e.g. those with immediate family members in Canada). Those who are traveling need to get special authorization to travel.

You don't fall under any of the exemptions and don't qualify for an authorization letter. Your plan is not going to be possible.

If your spouse is PR has he applied for spousal sponsorship?
