Hi my parents are coming to America in August on us tourist visa as I am staying in canada they want to visit here as well.Are they eligible to apply canada tourist visa from America.plz suggest me Thanks

They apply from their home country for the Canadain visa. American visa has nothing to do with Canadian visa. What is your status? If you are not PR or a citizen, they also need written authorization to enter Canada so need to prove their visit is essential. They also need a 14 day quarantine plan.
