Same, nothing about eligibility or experience or proof of funds. But I had a final comment "Documents set for review - Client Information"
@legalfalcon is this a cause for concern in my GCMS notes?

What is written in your comments?
My comments did not include anything about experience.Other than that, everything promoted

Hi, you can not call from outside Canada unless you download some specifics phone app. I am not really aware of those.

Called IRCC today and got through on the 3rd call:

Nothing's been updated since the last time I called on 25 Feb 2021. File last touched in December 2020.

The woman I spoke to was rather rude this time. I tried my best to be very polite and as concise as I could be with my words asking, "I would like to know the status of my application, more specifically the processes of eligibility, security, criminality and information sharing" to which she responded by putting me on hold for a minute and returning to say that all the information she has is the exact same information that can be found in my online account and that she couldn't tell me much else (which, we all know, is not true); thankfully, she did say that there has been no change since December. I did not want to further bother her so I just politely thanked her for her time.

You can call again and may get connected to another agent.

"Documents set for review - Client Information" simply means that your eligibility has not yet started.

As per IRCC:

  • Police certificates are required upfront and are mandatory for each country (except Canada) where an individual has spent 6 months or more in a row within the last 10 years. The individual does not need to provide one for any period of time before the age of 18.
Earlier IRCC used to ask for RCMP PCC later in the process for inland applicants or for applicants who had been in Canada. However, now they correct the biometrics which is processed though RCMP anyway, so there is no need for RCMP PCC. See https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/mandate/corporate-initiatives/biometrics/process-steps-2018.html

Most applicants will not be asked for RCMP PCC anymore.

Is there a chance to be rejected after passing 4 months?

It is really frustrating, even my TRV is expiring soon, don’t know whether to re-new it or wait till this PR thing

It's hard to answer to your first question because it would depend on what stages have been passed by now.
If your eligibility has been conclusively passed after 4 months, I'd say you are in a better position than someone whose eligibility has not been started yet.

Regarding your TRV, I would not count too much on your PR being ready on time. So make sure you do what you have to do maintain your legal status in Canada in the meanwhile.

Just from googling it seams like such comment appears if you had visa refusals (like US) or previous arrests.
