Thanks so much @legalfalcon . What I mean to say, when the security stage is passed and no other assessment is remaining, what do officers usually write as notes? would they write something such as approved, or … medicals to be reassessed, or something else?

If you can share with me what do officers usually write as notes when all the assessments have been passed.

Another question, from this forum, I see that when somebody got his medicals extended, their GCKey account status will change from "Review of medical results - You passed the medical exam". to "You do not need a medical exam. we will message you if it changes". Is that an indicator that the medicals were extended? Can they still extend my expired medicals without changing my account status and writing "You do not need a medical exam. we will message you if it changes"?

There is no note entered for security. It is only updated in your status and under admissibilities - Security.

1- Recently, I received GCSM notes, in which I noticed primary visa office CIO and secondary London. somewhere on thread I read your answer that if you are outland applicant then secondary Visa office would be Local Visa office. But I am outland applicant indian applied from UAE and my secondary Visa office is London.

2 - I also noticed one more update virtual scanned application what does it mean ??

@legalfalcon Good afternoon. I just got a verbal update from CIC agent and this is a first as I have never heard ot seen anyone on the threads with my scenario.

From what I was told my application started at Nova scotia then trasferred to Edmonton and now in Ottawa. Do you know why the transfers happen and also what goes on in Ottawa and is there a next transfer destination?
Also I am told my eligibility was passed on February 2nd 2021 and security passed on February 12th, hence the letter I told you i got on Feb 13th saying admissibility was under review and they needed me to pay RPRF.
Now what's odd is security was passed on February 12th, 2021 but criminality NOT STARTED. I told the CIC agent I'm confused as I thought security was last and I had sent court documents to IRCC on February 2nd showing the charges laid against me were dropped. All the CIC agent told me was that the IRCC officer has yet to look at those court documents from February 12th but i find it out as they sent me another letter 11 days after i sent the cout documents along with family and travel info.

What's your interpretation of my current situation?

You can GCMS notes for any application filed with IRCC even 10 years ago.

I just checked my Profile account and my application was approved today.

Please i have two questions, I am yet to receive a letter from ircc, am I to do anything to get the letter. So confused on the next steps.

Also, I recently started a new job this week should I still send a webform notifying them about my new job since my application is approved. I am on an open work permit (no lima) and I didn't have my previous employer on my work permit

Yes I am inland. I told you about my CEC application being refused due to an error in fact and in law by an ircc officer. File was reopened after judicial review and I was asked to submit additional documents ie court documents showing the criminal charges laid against me were dropped. I submitted the court documents on February 3rd after being asked for it on February 2nd. And on February 13th i got another letter saying they were in the admissibility review and needed me to pay the RPRF. As of today, i now know eligibility was passed in that February 2nd and security passed on February 12th a day after i was asked to pay RPRF. But I'm tolf criminality not started which is a first as I have always known/heard for security to be the last stage. So I'm wondering if you know what this may be.

Hello @legalfalcon, I am FSW-O (Country of residence: US) with AOR Sept 8, 2020. I am in healthcare (and falling under essential healthcare provider). I already have an offer for work in Canada which I am a planning on accepting. My application is over 6 months in process (it was due on March 8).
