Forgot to choose "Other" and "Covid-19"

Hi,
We applied for a visitor visa for my mother in law so that she can assist us
during my wife's pregnancy .
Received the biometrics request the next day.

In the application form we didn't choose "other" and "Covid-19" under the reason for visit.
How can I rectify this before applying for a PHAC? .

In the invitation letter we had mentioned about the pregnancy and attached a supporting document.

Normal pregnancy is not a reason for PHAC. A normal TRV is the appropriate visa. You can send an email to the covid application and they will flag your application.
