Salam brother and sister. Please when I checked my status on ircc online tools it's shows decision made. what does mean decision made?
If your ADR is submitted and medicals are valid it is a good sign. The decision made indicated that they have accepted eligibility and medical admissibility and you should be getting pre arrival or PPR soon. Hang tight

Congrats to everyone getting great news and happy updates!!! i am still desperately waiting for the update since ADR submitted on Dec 14,2020.

We are pleased to provide you with the following details for your constituent about the status of an application to sponsor a spouse living outside Canada:

  • The application was received at the Centralized Intake Office (CIO), Sydney, on January 17, 2019.
  • The responsible office is currently reviewing the application and documents submitted to determine if the sponsored person (the applicant) meets the eligibility requirements,
    • the assessment for the applicant is still in process at the Canadian visa office in London, UK.
  • The medical examination results have expired for the applicants.
  • The criminality verifications are currently valid.
  • The security verifications have not been initiated.
  • As per our current processing times, most applications in this category are processed in a timeframe of 12 months. Various factors can affect the time it takes to process an application. Rest assured that all efforts are being made to ensure efficient processing of the application.
Thanks.
I don't mean to sound negative, but seeing as your are a january 2019 applicant. Many people after you have passed on from this. I would first order GCMS notes and then inquire in depth with LVO as to why it has taken so long. As per your timeline, even with covid measures, you are well over the given timelines. That's just if something is wrong.

POSITIVE, Seeing as your ADR was just submitted in dec 2020, they are about to approve your eligibility, send you the re-medical, and it is roughly 2-3 month wait from here. I'm just going off of the timelines that everyone else is moving at. But do order GCMS notes. Positive though, POSITIVE !

good points.

how can someone inquire in depth (I'm looking in what ways - MP , Applicant/Sponsor by themselves? ) or GCMS note is sufficient to find out the progress and reasons for long delays?

Usually by contacting IRCC they do not provide really detailed information via email

Any insight will be helpful to everyone on the forum.

Thanks

It was previously mentioned that GCMS notes provide a detailed explanation in to one's application. So, i guess that should be enough. It would show the notes made. Or maybe wait 2 weeks considering they are clearly working on ADRs submitted in december 2020.
