SINP Requirements Related to Professional Status or Licensure-NOC 3216 Medical Sonographer

We applied for SINP immigration in occupation in demand category our NOC is 3216 .I read on SINP website “SINP Requirements Related to Professional Status or Licensure” the following:-
PARA 1. "Provide documentation from Sonographer Canada showing your eligibility to challenge their qualifying examinations"

OR​

PARA 2. Provide your Examination Confirmation Letter (ECL) or proof of Sonography Certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).

What is meaning of PARA 1.
