I was diported from USA for the intention to live in the United states witch was wrong and it was a discrimination.. i have my c1d visa working on the ship for 5 years and i had my b1b2 for 10 years that i never used sins i have it than after breaking up with my girlfriend thats she promised to get me deported i got deported am on my c1d in the ship docked in miami the officers come up took me hand cuffed they ask me question about my family then they told me that am getting deported for the intention to live in the states they found a card that i using to rent scooters in mexico witch dosen't even look like US iD they said its a fake ID and its even written on the back that this is not a replacement to any American government Id and this is just a translation to my original ID that i cant use to rent stuff in Mexico because of the diffrent language... so its been a year now i didn't know how to fix the problem with embassy my family destroyed am the one who take care of them i found a job opportunity to Canada am i able to apply for a visa if no what should i do
* i do have all the conversations with my ex about getting me diported and having a touristic visa for 10 years and never using it is a prove that i was sated up and never thought to leave my job in the ship and work in the states. Do you think if i tell think if i tell and show this during my interview for Canadian visa will help me out if not what should i do i really need your support i v been broke and am the on who take care of my big family and seeing them like this make me fall a part

It looks like you want to apply for a work permit to Canada. Before you apply for a work permit, make sure you have a valid job offer and your employer has obtained an approved LMIA. Also make sure the job is not a scam. Most job offers are scams.

You will need to declare the US deportation in your work permit application to Canada.

There will be no interview for the Canadian visa. Whether you are refused or approved will depend on what you put in the application.

None of us can tell you if you will be able to get a visa or not.

You'll have to apply and see what happens.

The passport that i got diported on get damaged and i had to change new one dos it still shows for them ?

Yes. Canada and US share immigration information. Canada will know you were deported. A new passport doesn't let you hide this.

If you try to hide the US deportation, expect a refusal and then 5 year ban from Canada for misrepresentation.
