Its better to arrange bank documents with seal.I had reached out to IDP for visa assistance, and they provided me sample statements that had seal.
I have submitted statements with and without seal.

No, you should asked them to give 3 months bank statement with bank stamp on it

Since I have submitted a chartered accountant net worth certificate, I did not require all statements except ppf to have seals.But it's better if you provide statements with a seal, and a chartered accountant networth certificate.
