I have created express entry profile and claimed that I have one year job offer. But now cut off went 75 so could I remove one year offer claim as after removing my offer , my score is sill 400. Could you please advise on this?

If you got invited under that massive draw with a 75 cut off score, then go ahead. If not and you’re still waiting for ITA, you might want to keep your CRS as high as possible as no one knows when will IRCC do another draw like that unprecedented one on 13 Feb. The cut off score is normally 468 or higher.
