Man, police clearance is the main source of rejection of PR, especially for Indians. Think thrice before doing anything. First thing, are you in Canada right now? Without info or timeline in your signature, it is impossible to offer any help. It just takes few seconds to fill your signature with timeline. Plz Click on your name on top right and click Signature and then fill it.

Anyways, assuming you are in Canada, your police certificate should be issued AFTER the date you have left India. Meaning it should be issued at BLS. So, please get a fresh certificate with the date AFTER you left India (even 1 day of your stay in India after PCC is not acceptable). If you got the certificate from India through third party AFTER the date you left India, I dont think its a good idea. I am not particularly sure of what to say in this case. If I were you, I would get it from BLS and submit it ASAP via webform.

If you are India (and normally live there currently), then what you did is enough for Indian PCC..

Dont get medical done before even getting the AoR. Whats the point? They wont open your account and approve you anyways. These applications take upward of 1 year i.e 15-18 months currently. The medical would likely go waste and you will most likely go for another one unnecessarily. So, avoid medical and wait for Medical Request (MR) unless your application is already processing since atleast 1 year.
Lol that's the most wrong information... There are so many applicants who got pcc from India. I did it myself and every other classmates i know. There is no such rule. And there is no third party. Pcc is issued by the office of commissioner of police not by some random person. You have to apply for it and then an officer go to your house for verification after which it is issued.
If you are in Canada do not worry you can submit it 100 percent. BLS is another option and takes more time.
PCC from India is 100000 percent
acceptable without any rejection.
Applying for permanent residence
You must provide a police certificate when you apply for permanent residence in Canada.

You will also be requested to provide a police certificate to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) if you declared a criminal record on your application for an electronic travel authorization, work permit or study permit.

How to apply
You can apply for a Police Clearance Certificate at

I don't know much about timeline bar as it's system generated.

But for GU, definitely there's a movement on your file. Trying calling IRCC to know exactly what that's for.

Or you will see some update, ADR or DM in next 24 hours.
Good luck!!
Thank you :)

When we do upfront medical, doctor submits the result directly to the IRCC. They provide us e-medical sheet to us. Is it mandatory to upload this e-medical sheet via webform? If we don't upload this, will the medical will be passed without it on ECAS and GCKEY?

Experts throw your advise. Thanks

did you get pal ??
And do you know date of your eligibility pass ??
If PAL means Pre-arrival services letter I got it on September 12,2020. I don't know the date of eligibility pass cause in GCKey it's still showing reviewing eligibility but operator told me I passed.

It’s not mandatory to submit E medical sheet as doctor will upload medical automatically but the thing is IRCC officer can’t find medical because it’s upfront and also through that e medical sheet it is easy to find medical and attach to file. If your ECAs shows medical results have been received , that means you passed your medical.
Did you got AOR already?
