They just torture us. Stupidest decision in my life was immigration to Canada.

It's very true if the govt in your country processes similar type documents in lightning speed and takes care of it's citizen better than Canada.

For me, there are countless reason where Canada/IRCC is far better than my home country.

I am very lucky to get nominated through BCPNP and have a chance to migrate to Canada even if processing time takes forever.

it's more 6 -7 months than 5 - 6 months. Better to plan for the worst case scenario of 7+ months

@Canada_traderman : on negotiation table, who have power will dominate others. Do you have that power now ? If yes then you won't be upset, right?
You want to go back? Ok fine because thousand people from your country are willing to come here. 1 vs. 1000, who cares? That's why i said you have no choice but they do!

It's easier said than done. Yes, that's definitely true. However, yelling here will help the process faster?? Of course NO
Then find workaround solution to survive first. PR will come after that.

Anyway, that's my thought. Debating are welcome.

I’m not yelling here. I’m trying to explain you that demanding from people to do their job properly isn’t wrong. You can find 1000 of excuses to justify this delays and talk about people that want to come and take my space but at the end of the day there’s only one truth. People have to do their job . That’s it.
P.S. I don’t know where you came from so you think this country is heaven and everyone just sleeping and dreaming of coming here, but I came from developed European country and I have no problem going back whatever. In fact I came here ONLY because of my wife decided to study here, and applied for PR as “bonus”. So again, when people don’t do their job and it touches you somehow don’t go cry and write reviews giving them 0 stars. Do they have power to dominate? Or they just don’t do their job? I would put hair to your food saying “I have a power to dominate “ and see how loud you would cry.

Folks, I noticed that my timeline is back again - it shows an estimate of 6 more months for completion.

Is this true for all here - is that 6 month estimate the same for all who got their AOR around the Feb time?

My AOR - 1 Feb 2020, MP passed Feb 8, Eligibility, Criminality, everything passed except Security. Got a GU yesterday.

2. I came from developing country in which living condition, education, etc are far behind developed ones. I don't think here is heaven but as a father, I try to do the best for my children.
3. I do hope that you can help us make some change with positive thinking rather than put them down by negative ones.

My progress bar disappeared two weeks ago and it wasn't any update since that time. Today my progress bar came back and it shows the estimated time OCTOBER, 2021

It was August 2021 before. But in the very very beginning it was July. So they easily added 3 months. Upset.
