Please since you are the employer, can I ask you a few questions? My employer is having some challenges and she needs someone who has employed someone as a caregiver to help put her through
Ok. That's fine. I'm equally learning. I usually keep tabs with the requirements and procedure on the cic website. That's actually the resource for everyone, whether as a consultant or an applicant who wants to apply by themselves.

Thank you.
Applicant is Single. I know. The wait has been too long. Applicant applied in October of 2019.
AoR and biometrics request was Dec 2019
Biometrics submitted same month.
Awaiting medicals.
I want to believe that since they have started working on applications, it does help if the employer is always contacting them, maybe with good reasons. I could be wrong though.
Thanks for your reply, I m through representative. I m under home support worker. I sent medical certificate of elder person and employer request to ircc in November 2020. But no any response. My employer needs me urgently. So, what he can do? Thanks

I'm doing nothing much really, other than sending emails via the Web Form in addition to calls, and stating my personal situation. The replies mostly came back with the usual COVID-19-delay-reasons. I believe that things are getting better now, and they have started/continued with files, from what I learnt from the IRCC agent I spoke with.

Today. I'm the employer. I called them again today.
Hi May I ask, as a employer do you always call IRCC to ffup on your caregiver application? I wonder if calling them will help to expedite applicant application cause ircc will be notified about the urgency of needing a caregiver. Thank u.

Called and emailed a few times.
I really don't know to be frank.

updated news po as of today priority po nila ung nasa inside canada muna while naka travel restriction pa .tama po ba intindi ko

Canada is prioritizing immigration candidates who are already in the country, while travel restrictions are still in place.

The federal government has not released any details on when or how travel restrictions will be lifted. For now, Canadian citizens, permanent residents, their families, essential workers, and international students are among the key groups exempt from travel restrictions.

Hello,am new to this forum and have gotten Wes,IELTS,training is in progress .kindly assist with required processes for me to forward to my intended employer who also happens to be my brother.so that we can kickstart the process please.help a sister. Thanks

Hi, i think you have to undergo the caregiver program. Or be a nurse with related experience (pedia or health center probably). I am only saying this because I hired my sister-in-law as my son’s caregiver last year and she is a nurse in the Philippines. I hope that answers your question in a way. Thanks.
Kindly list employer’s requirements please.my brother wants to offer me employment. Thanks I’m advance for your quick response.
