Oh congrats! I also created my profile on 15th but its still pending. Do you remember what time on 15th you created your profile or if you raised any webform?
Yeah.. i submitted my profile on Feb 19th. I called IRCC but no use.. they said there is some technical issue and they asked me to submit a webform.

I got in today. Submitted on 15th of Feb. Retransmitted on 16th and 24th of Feb.

It is taking around 10 days to come from pending to candidate regardless whether you retransmit or not during any day

Hey Mr. Azhar, How did you managed to call IRCC ? I am from India and trying to call IRCC on +1-888-242-2100 but it's not connecting. I guess it is for only within CANADA. For India only WebForm is the solution ?
Tried everything but still showing 0 CRS for me. Will wait and see tomorrow. As many people got updated after 10 days.
