An officer will do a final check to ensure that the applicant is still admissible and eligible for PR, before issuing a COPR.

Today I called IRRC and they said my eligibility recommended pass ,criminality and security are not started yet a same as last month 14th
Could you please tell, what is in the criminality and security as per knowledge , only Biometric and RCMP records. Anything else in this two stages?
And do you know why it is stuck /delay in this stages

Criminality is the assessment of an applicant that they are not convicted of any serious crime as per the Canadian Criminal Code. This is based on PCCs, the biometrics you submit which are then processed by RCMP, and info sharing.

The security screening process includes the collection of information form a variety of sources, including open search research and classified systems. Once collated, the information is analysed to determine if it is sufficient to support an inadmissibility recommendation pursuant to section(s) 34, 35, and/or 37 of the IRPA. Security is initiated when IRCC sends a request to the National Security Screening Division (NSSD) and screening partners. Since all the above are separate stages and done by partner agencies, it does take more time. Also, in some cases IRCC just hasn't initiated security.

Security won't start until Eligibility has been conclusively passed by a Senior officer.
Aight. They asked me to submit my transcripts couple days ago which I uploaded and its been to days they have not received them, its still showing that we need additional documents. Any idea how many days they take to update the account? Or should i call and ask them
I believe it can take some time for them to acknowledge you've sent them in. Maybe 30 days? All applications are different though so guess it just depends when they look at your file.

I just called IRCC which was a lot easier to get through than I expected as they actually call you back instead of you having to wait on the line. It took 40 min for them to call me back and the agent lady was extremely polite.
Here is the update I got
Eligibility: Recommended Pass (which is the most import thing I wanted to hear at least)
Background: Next thing they will be working on
VO: Ottawa
My timeline is in my signature below.
