And they still doing express entry draws creating traffic everywhere without attending to the back logs Dey have...
Now their processing times says 14 weeks but it’s lies..no one can even predict their next step...even the NSE route is fake Cs it says 20 days and I have not seen anyone approved within that period
Let’s just hope for the best ...

I totally agree with you that the NSE is a scam. Waste of time and resources.

I was contacted by IRCC in November that my application qualified for Nigerian student express and that I should provide IELTS score of at least 6,and proof of funds within one month. I provided an IELTS of 7, and enough funds for 6 mths stay as required. I provided these documents on dec 23rd.
Since then, IRCC is yet to contact me...I feel its taking too long.

Imagine holding study permit applications for months on end. If you want to issue permits, issue, if you want to decline, decline. What is the point to holding on to applications for long and still decline?

Please is there such a thing as a good time to apply for a Canadian student visa? I have commenced lectures online and May-August Semester will be online too. So I don't need to be there in person till late August and I don't want to risk another visa refusal due to bad timing. What do you advise?

I had read through the GCMS Notes of the previous refusal and addressed all issues and provided back up documents too and I am attaching these to this application.

Also how long is a pre loaded medical valid for?

1. The Canadian embassy is sporadic, unpredictable. There is no ''good'' time to apply. Just apply meet the requirements and hope for the best. It is no longer an application, its now more of a lottery. If you put in a strong application at a time when Canada is regulating student entry your application can be refused. If you put in just a normal application at a time when Canada is keen on getting students in your application will be approved. If you application is just normal, nothing spectacular, but is attended to by a happy-go-lucky VO, you will get your visa approved, if you put in a strong application and it encounters a crazy, depressed or ''newbie'' VO, then it will be refused. So many factors determine the outcome of the application. So there is nothing like a good time to apply, just apply.

2. Your medical report is valid for 12 months.

I was refused visa on 12-Jan-2021 on the basis that I didn't show a clear career path and education employment history linking my previous qualification (Estate Management) and my proposed course of study(Project Management). Result just came out and I have overall of 6.5
W- 6, L-6, R-6.5, S-7.0.— overall 6.5.

I’m I suppose to print bank statement account of 12 months again because I don’t understand the my bank statement certificate ? Pls help .

You don't need to print anything out , they'll just issue you a ticket that's what you'll submit
