Do we have any idea how applications are processed in China as compared to LVO?

I guess the applicants whose review is pending with Migration Officer, may not be transferred to any other VO. Their review may be conducted by the LVO's Migration Officer. My review is pending and in queue with Migration Officer, may status at ECAS shows "In Process".
