So what does it mean ??
Is it a good or bad sign?
Sponsor Approval is only visible to Sponsor because technically it's the sponsor's application. PA will not be able to see the Sponsor Application on their ECAS. Sponsor can view both on their ECAS. Once Sponsor Approval done and PA application moves to VO, you will see the updates under the PA section. If the Sponsor Application shows as Decision Made, expect the SA letter soon.

Mine says:

The Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s) will be forwarded to a visa office for further processing.
Mine says , it will be forwarded to operation support centre. What does that mean ? Is this some sort of red flag ?

Does this mean your PR is approved already ?
In the letter it says,
"The Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s) will be forwarded to the visa office in Singapore for further processing. "

My sponsorship is approved. PR will be granted after medical, biometric and backcheck on primary applicant.
Your file and mine is processing same way, after you got AOR I got AOR and same for SA approval.
Don't worry, I think they are processing the files much faster for Nov 2020 applicants.

Hi Guys,
Need help with this freaking GCKey/Sign-in linking application issue.
I've tried with with securekey with banking information first from my account.
Tried 50 times to link my PA's application from my account. Didn't worked.
I've tried all possible combination.
After that I've created GCKey account for my PA's profile and tried from there.
No luck after 20 times on this account.

Why it's not a straight forward process? I've received AOR1 and SA approval. File sent to visa office.

Please help us with this.

I'm still waiting for AOR, and it was delivered Nov 28. Is this a bad sign? Beginning to worry the application is being sent back, since they already are processing December applications now.... :(

While many November (and later) apps have received their AOR, I wouldn't take it as a bad sign. Yet. Processing times are all over the place these days.

Some March/April apps are still waiting for AOR, September has been at a standstill for weeks, and October has barely been touched.

People who applied in the first half of November haven’t got their AORs so far. My file was received on November 9, 2020 and no update yet. I feel that once things start moving, all steps further will follow quickly. Majority applicants from September, October and first half of November are in the same boat. Our patience will pay off. Just hang in there.
