It's not quite clear what you are asking.

If you want to study in Canada under a scholarship, then you would need to be coming to Canada to study at a PhD level or possibly a Master's level. Scholarships for international students are more limited and you need to be studying at an advance level to qualify. Any scholarships available will be through the school you are attending so you would need to speak with the school directly to find out what scholarships may be available to you.
