Update on Winnipeg IRCC
- My Spouse received her PR Card yesterday. We mailed our photos together on June last year. Mine is still in Limbo..
- There was ghost update and correspondence letter came in Online account on Feb 5, 2021.
- Half job done after 8 months..

How to link the application? I tried numerous time and always same msg appeared no application found. Copr feb 3 and photos delivered to Vancouver office on 5 February.

Hello Everyone,

I have got my eCOPR on 09 Feb 2021, and I was asked to mail my photos to the local passport office in Kitchener via Canada Post which were delivered on 15 Feb 2021.

My query:

1. Is there a way where we can check our PR Card processing status, as I was not asked to submit any kind of application.

2. How to link the application?

I applied my pr card on December 21st 2020 there was ghost update on 26 January
Today i called cic and they said they mailed my pr card on Monday from Vancouver office hopefully i will get it in a day or two
They didn’t update anything in system earlier
The agent i talked to he update the account right way
Now it shows pr card mailed
I wish good luck to everyone

Just quick question, did you send by Regular mail or Xpress mail? I am afraid I sent thru Regular mail and it may not be delivered, sent to Vancouver office as well. What number you called them to check? I couldn't link pr card application to my cic account so can't check the status. Thank you!

Hello everyone
I received my copr on jan 7th, 2021 and sent my photo and letter copy to Etobicoke IRCC on jan 13th, 2021. Till now my photo has not been approved in system upon confirmation from service agent and status in my CIC account for PR card application is still "submitted". Does anyone know how to reach etobicoke ircc office or any update how much more time it will take to get PR card in mail.
