2 Year gap after Graduation, Unemployed Worked At my uncles shop For 6 months then Covoid Pandemic Ruined my Job scope

I graduated btech in electrical in 2019, I was clear in my mind that i wanna pursue education abroad but Till the covoid Struck it was late and Since then i didnt Get into any Job and was unemployed till i gave my ielts twice and Gre too Now i got LOA from college
What should i do for my 2 year study gap plzzz Helppp

No it was like after my Grad. Back in 2019 i just gave GRE just incase coz i also Was inline Intending to goto usa But Then i stepped back and Wanted to go for canada.
Since after that Covoid Struck, So i Helped My grandfather with Agriculture farming and also Got engaged in my uncles Business hes having a mobile Shop. so mixedup Waste of time

You can tell them that you were studying for the GRE and provide your GRE as proof

Thanks but m concerned coz i dont have job experience nd 2 tear gap, i gave gre in Aug2019
appeared Ielts For first in june2019 then reappeared coz of Insatisfactory band in feb 2020 but it got dealyed to June 2020 coz of covoid in the midst of all this couldnt settle for a job and Did Farming md worled at uncles shop then now applied in dec for college

Why are you so negative? If you are determined then you should get your uncle to write you a formal letter of employment. Change the language from shopkeeper to Customer Service Associate, put it on some fancy paper. I don't mean to insult you but if your negative energy is how your application is going to sound then for sure you will be refused. Change your state of mind, if you don't think you deserve to be granted a permit then why should the visa officer.
