Hi

I requested for GCMS and finally received the information. But it is very confusing.

In the Notes section it says that the COPR has gone for Printing (Print Queue: PQ-9515-COPR) but under Finalize Application it says cancelled(Updated March 12th 2020)

When I called IRCC, they said that it is under printing and that is the only information they have.

Can someone help me understand what is happening here?

No. I haven't received anything since march 2020. I applied in sept 2019

I have the exact same thing in my GCMS.
I got my ITA in October'19 and gave my biometric and paid all fees by Nov'19.
Via webform enquiry, I got to know they sent some email in Feb'20 which was word file. It was not updated on EE profile.
That's why applied for GCMS.
Now, I do not know how to proceed further.
Would you mind sharing if you get any information how to tackle this or what to do now?
