There are no CEC candidates in the pool and they would have mentioned if it was CEC only draw. They sent out 1186 invites and all of them went to FSW candidates, it was a big draw.

Not sure how he missed out then, given his high score and eligibility.

lol, what? How does that make sense?

I guess maybe because they think the person might reject the nomination.

It's what I've been saying lol.... you guys should read o_O..
The range is 453-467, and my score is higher, that is why I didn't get the invite.

Nah, they are just using the last all programs draw cut off of 468 as baseline like they usually do. They did a 471-500 draw last year which was a gigantic waste of time for OINP since most of them got direct ITA's.

Good luck to you then, seems like you'll be waiting a while.

To be honest, i think this system is becoming less and less consistent.
Well I'm not really sure which is the best scenario. If I had an ontario nomination I would have to wait one or two weeks until I get all the papers that I need. Plus 1500 cad for the nomination and 2-3 months until my nomination is processed. I actually hope that there will be a FSW in the next 2 or 3 months.

Unless your score is dropping due to age in coming months, you should get ITA whenever FSW draws are resumed.

Well the benefit of OINP would be that you get drawn in the next PNP draw, whereas now you have to wait until there is an all program draw. That doesn't look likely until the fall.

@seadrag0n, have you already submitted your AOR?

Yes, already submitted thanks to OINP, AOR is November 23, 2020. Waiting to give biometrics, no update on my profile since MEP/BIL which was on Jan 5th.

I wouldn't get drawn in the next PNP draw... first Ontario has to process my application, which takes at least 2 months... then I would be drawn in the next round AFTER that. Being invited by Ontario doesn't mean you'll actually get the nomination... The same as express entry, getting an ITA doesn't mean that you'll get your PR.

The first draw you're eligible for is what i meant, after you receive your nomination. As in the next PNP draw when you would be a PNP candidate.

At least we know PNP draws are continuing so after the processing period, you know you'll get the ITA, With waiting for an all program draw, we really have no idea when that will resume.

Yeah I got invited in the summer Ontario tech draw and submitted an application to OINP then withdraw it when I got an ITA through FSW in September. Still, setting the bar at 467 feels low... in my opinion FSW draws of 468 are very unlucky for the forseeable future.

I need a qucik Help on the Nova Scotia Nomination: I got the invitation to apply based on NOC 1114. But the current NOC is 4012. When they ask the intended occupation in the application should I put 1114. What will happen if I put 4012?
Thank you for the help
