PGP_2020 - Marriage Certificate

Hi,

I am applying for my father in this program . My mother is a not accompanying dependant . So do I need to submit the Marriage Certificate or proof showing that they are married since they don't have marriage Certificate.
In the checklist (5771) it is mentioned "Proof of principal applicant's relationship to an accompanying dependent spouse or common-law partner"

If she is not accompanying you don't need to submit the marriage certificate. However your father would need the marriage certificate when he applies for her in the future.
