how we can request to remove cn covid pace group?

Someone posted a few months ago when he found out on GCMS notes he was under CN Covid pace group he called and told the call center agent he was inland and was removed from the group. It is possible most applicants that got their application approved in October, 2020, may have CN Covid pace group on their file, and that might explain why they have not been issued COPR.
