Did you take a course to get your license? That would fall under education.

If you took a course through a college outside of Canada and got a diploma, you will need an educational assessment to count points for it. It also doesn’t give you any extra points for certification as that is for trades.

To become a commercial pilot, I took a course of 320 hours of class. Does it worth something ? a certificate?

You'll need to get ECA done to see if you can claim any points for this.

Honestly, probably not. You will need to see if any ECAs will assess it. Your education institute will need send your transcripts and certificate for review. You can try but don’t expect any education points. Do you have other education to be assessed because just do all your educational assessments at the same time.

Yes, I also have law school (5 years bacharel). Is IQAS still accepting law school as a master degree/professional degree? does anyone here knows?

So, If a get master/professional degree points due to law school, then a commercial pilot course would mean irrelevant (no points), right?

And If I am a commercial pilot in my country, with no work experience, I can't even declare to express entry, because it is not equivalent to anything in canada (education), and I can't put on work experience section, right?

1. Don't know. You can try IQAS but processing times are 30 weeks.
2. Commercial pilot license will not give you any extra points.
3. if you don't have any experience it is not relevant for points.

Law degrees are usually considered professional degrees. Commercial pilot licensing courses are often evaluated as some form of diploma but you'll have to see if yours is as well. Your program abroad is the one which will likely be evaluated not your course to get certified in Canada based on your pilot licensing studies abroad but you can submit the Canadian licensing course aw well to see.
