Hello guys,
Is anyone here who actually received the invitation? What does tie breaking rule means? Have they invited files submitted before September 2020?

That can not be True. 27000 people! I checked the entire 10 years and never seen a number more than 5000. It must be a glitch.

The tie breaker only applies to the cut off score. So if your score is higher and CEC, you’ll get an invite even if you created your profile just before the draw.
